A Royal Pleasure Complex
Queen's Bath, which is a royal pleasure complex. From the outside, it appears to be a rectangular structure. However, once you're inside, the story unfolds. The entire structure is surrounded by a veranda that faces a large open pond in the centre. Many balconies protrude into the pond. The pond is served by a waterway. Tiny windows grace the balconies, which are supported by lotus flower tipped brackets. The pool is entirely open to the sky.
A large water trench encircling the building on the outside was designed to deter invaders.
