Projects
Aihole, Karnataka
Aihole is an architectural and archaeological delight, with multiple temples dating back to the Chalukyan period, as well as ancient and mediaeval Buddhist, Hindu, and Jain structures in Karnataka that span from the sixth to the twelfth centuries CE. Visitors are mesmerised by the red and yellow hues of sandstones sourced from neighbouring hills that have been exposed to changing seasons for ages.
Pattadakal, Karnataka
Pattadakal's temple complex contains temple architecture from Dravidian, Aryan, and a combination of both styles, making it the only one of its kind in India. The word Pattadakallu comes from the Kannada language and refers to a ceremonial centre where kings were crowned and honoured.
